SOPHIE Solution Meeting (SSM)
The SOPHIE Solution Meeting (SSM) is a company introduction event where existing SOPHIE PARIS Members can invite their friends and potential new Members along. The meeting provides an overview of the SOPHIE PARIS, the product ranges, the business opportunities such as the incentive plan and how to get started as a new Member. The latest Member promotions available are also explained and outlined.
Held in the SOPHIE PARIS training room, a coffee shop or a meeting room in a hotel, the SSM is the best recruitment tool for Members to build their networks by signing up new Members.
Duration: 1 hour
Getting Started Training
Following the SOPHIE Solution Meeting is also a brief Getting Started Training to help the new Members to achieve their first sales and inform them about the next steps and promote SOPHIE trainings. Sessions will follow each SSM.

Getting Started Training
Following the SOPHIE Solution Meeting is also a brief Getting Started Training to help the new Members to achieve their first sales and inform them about the next steps and promote SOPHIE trainings. Sessions will follow each SSM.
Category 2
Introduction Trainings (Category 2)
There are two introduction training sessions:
a. Sales and Legal Awareness Training (Step 1 Training)
This training session introduces the new Members to the whole world of SOPHIE management, the showroom, the offices, the warehouse, the training programs and more. The new Members will have the clauses of the Membership Contract explained to them, including information about prices, use and method of use of products as well as provisions relating to warranty, return of products and more. Moreover, new Members will also be provided the training on the applicable law relating to multi-level selling.
The session will also provide a platform to introduce the product categories and some selling techniques, including how to sell SOPHIE products and make Member money. Successful sellers will present testimonials and there will also be a brief outline and introduction of Recruitment Training. The bonus system (Incentive Plan) will be discussed and the Recruitment Training will be promoted.
Duration: 1 hour
b. Recruitment Training (Step 2 Training)
This session is a forum for introducing the earnings opportunities (incentive plan) with SOPHIE and also how to invite and bring people to SOPHIE Opportunity Meetings and then recruit them on a one-to-one basis Members can also learn how to sign up new Members, help them grow and achieve dreams with SOPHIE PARIS.
This training program is a mandatory process in order to ensure that Members understand their rights and obligations and can duplicate SOPHIE’s system accordingly in recruiting their own Members and reselling goods. Each MEMBER has an obligation to become familiar with and agree to SOPHIE policies.
Duration: 1 hour & 30 min
There are two introduction training sessions:

Leadership Trainings (Category 3)
SOPHIE has developed four stages of leadership training sessions for Members who want to grow their business and dedicate their full attention to success with SOPHIE.
a. Leadership Training 1 – Never Give Up
Perhaps the most intensive training course, the Leadership Training does not only inspire motivation to the MEMBER but also re-motivates any inactive Members. The Leadership Training is delivered by the SOPHIE PARIS Training or Sales Manager, who is there as an expert and representative of SOPHIE PARIS.
This training helps the leaders to identify their dreams, set clear goals and objectives and never give up seeking to achieve them.
Duration: Half Day
b. Leadership Training 2 – Build a Strong Network
This training session is designed to help the MEMBER shift to the investor’s mindset and apply the network building principles that start with establishing a solid foundation resulting in creating winning teams.
Duration: Half Day
d. Leadership Training 3 – Successful Presentations
This training session equips Members with the skills necessary for preparing, conducting and evaluating various presentations such as the SSM, Beauty Class and Lancement.
Duration: Half Day
e. Leadership Training 4 – Public Speaking
This training session is designed to improve Members’ confidence and effectiveness as a public speaker through various fun exercises and activities.
Duration: Full Day
